One last message from our 2020 President, Judy Presley.

 Out with  2020 , and in with 2021!!  What a year!!

Though this year has been tough for many reasons, our board remained strong, supportive, and persevered
through it all!  Our market rocked through the most challenging year I can ever remember.  We worked together to maintain
a positive climate for consumers and agents alike. 

We have an amazing Board of REALTORS® and real estate community, and  I am proud to have been a part of it for over 40 years.  I am honored to have served this board as President this year.  All of you are Rockstar's, and I wish you continued success and a healthy and Happy New Year in 2021!

Golf Tournament: Tee-Off for Tadmore Elementary, Has been moved to a Virtual Event Due to Inclement Weather at Royal Lakes Golf & Country Club. You will have from November 1st to December 1st to schedule and play your round. Sponsors will be recognized at both November and December Luncheon, the Teams will be recognized at the December Luncheon. All awards will be given at the December luncheon, where we will present a check to Tadmore Elementary!  For more information on being a Sponsor or Player, Please contact either Jamie Bishop at jamiebishop@kw.com, Judy Presley at jpresley@kw.com or Katie South at ae@hallbor.net.

                                  

FUN In the SUN: Thursday, October 29th HAS BEEN CANCELLED due to Inclement Weather! We are so sorry to cancel this event, as we have awaited so long to see you. We Hope to see you at our upcoming Luncheons and Hopefully we can plan an event like this in the Spring!

Education: November 19th, we are hosting an Ethics class through GAR! To register for your Ethics CE Class with Karen Loftus Virtual Session, Please click HERE. 

Getting back to "Normal": We will be hosting a November and December Luncheon... IN PERSON! These will be at the Civic Center Ballroom, as they can accommodate for Social Distancing.  We will be limiting the number of attendees so make sure to RSVP. For those who do not make the cut off, can attend virtually. Please stay tuned for more information at a later date. For now, please add November 18th and December 16th to your calendars.

We will send out reminders closer to the day.If something changes due to COVID or Weather, we will postpone and I will send you updates accordingly.

Education: This month, we are offering a License Law Class with Karen Loftus. This will be held on September 24th at 9:00 am, virtual login. Use THIS LINK to register!

Conference: GAR 's 100th Anniversary Annual Conference Virtual schedule is HERE. Registration is open! This is a great opportunity for those of you who need CE! You can Register HERE at any time. It is only $25 and you have to opportunity to see some amazing speakers! Also RPAC has teamed up with this conference and is having a State Wide Auction .It is currently live until the end of the conference. You do have to be registered to enter the auction and there are some incredible items!

RPAC Minute:

Did you know it's because of RPAC that YOU are designated as essential? Did you know RPAC funds are being used to support our local boards and help designated charitable organizations during this pandemic crisis? Our HCBOR is donating to our local food bank! Now, as much as any other time, it is important for you to invest in yourself and our business through investing in RPAC. Katie is available to help you with online investments, or write a check and mail it to her today! 

As GAR President, Faron W. King, said in his latest video to our state REALTORS®, GAR is hosting an online RPAC auction from September 1st-8th! When you purchase something, the amount will be credited to you and to our HCBOR RPAC. Hope to "see" you there!
