Hello and Welcome to our First Hall County Board of Realtors Newsletter!

This has been an eventful year so far to say the least, but we have some great news to share with you!

We have an education opportunity coming up in July! GAMLS is offering the Intro to Paragon as a Free 3 Hour CE from 10am- 1pm on July 16th. This will be a Virtual Class on Zoom. If you wish to RSVP please click here. I will send you a link to sign on to the Zoom call closer to the date.

GAR is having their 100th Anniversary Annual Conference this year in Savannah GA.

This will take place on September 8th through 11th. Registration is open Today, Friday, 6/19. We welcome you to register and attend any of the courses or events... This year they are also hosting a Virtual option for the CE Classes as well! This is a great opportunity for those of you who need CE! Please look into this. You can Register HERE at any time .

We are launching a Text Messaging service as well. Katie South, The Executive Administrator will be sending a Text to all numbers she has on file on Monday 6/22. If you do NOT receive a Text Message, please Call or Email her to let her know what number she will need. This will be a new function we will be using to get information out to the members.

Lets Get Together! In the place of the Luncheon we will be hosting an Evening on August 11th of Fun in the Sun, music by JB Jams, food from the Varsity Food Truck, refreshments from the Tap-It Growler Trailer and the long awaited company of one another. This will be held at the Lake Lanier Olympic Park on Clark's Bridge Rd, in Gainesville. We will have a tent, just in case. So save the date! You are also more than welcome to Boat-In if you prefer. We will send out reminders, details and times closer to the day.
