Our guest speaker this month is Lynn Dempsey, Commissioner of the Georgia Real Estate Commission and Appraisal Board. Dempsey took over as the new commissioner in March of 2017 after selling out his interest in the family business, the Dempsey Auction Company. The real estate commission is one of the oldest regulatory boards in the state. In the past, he served as President of the Georgia Auctioneers Association and is a member of the Georgia Auctioneers Hall of Fame.
